Set up a 1:1 private session
My 1:1 coaching offers a supportive, sacred space for deep self-discovery, transformation, and growth. Through an integrative approach grounded in aliveness coaching, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, I work alongside you to reconnect with your true essence, cultivate inner peace, and move toward a more vibrant, purposeful life. Each session is intentionally designed to meet you where you are, providing practical tools and embodied practices that empower you to access your own wisdom, resilience, and clarity as you navigate your unique journey.

Come to my classes
My yoga offerings are rooted in presence, self-connection, and compassionate growth, supporting the mind, body, and soul as one. In each class or private session, I guide you through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices designed to help you build a deeper relationship with your body, challenge limiting thought patterns, and cultivate grace, acceptance, and resilience on and off the mat. Whether you are new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel supported, empowered, and free to explore your practice in a way that feels authentic to you.

Zoom sessions provide an accessible way to begin exploring mindfulness and meditation in a calm, supportive setting. These sessions are designed to help you slow down, build awareness, and develop simple practices you can integrate into daily life, no matter where you are starting from.
